Looking for a customer-facing role where you can make a difference through every patient interaction? Join a healthcare environment as a Patient Service Assistant , supporting frontline operations and helping patients navigate their clinic visits smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to patients at the clinic’s frontline service counter
• Perform patient registration and related administrative tasks
• Conduct basic triaging and direct patients to the appropriate areas
• Provide clear directions and guidance to patients within the clinic
• Assist patients with financial and billing counselling
• Respond to general enquiries and provide courteous customer service
• Assist with day-to-day frontline operations to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Work closely with the team to maintain an efficient and organised clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• N/O levels and above
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Organised, attentive to details and able to manage multiple tasks
• A patient and service-oriented approach with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service or administration will be an advantage
