Join a dynamic clinical environment as a Patient Service Associate / Clinic Support Associate, where you will play an important role in supporting patients throughout their clinic journey while assisting healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Register patients and manage front-desk administrative processes
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Attend to patients’ general enquiries and provide clear assistance
- Conduct basic screening of patients’ general condition
- Support referral, checkout and other clinic administrative processes
- Assist doctors during consultation and simple examination procedures
- Accurately document patients’ conditions in nursing records and clinical forms
- Perform basic patient care activities, including eye evaluation tests, dilation and instillation of eye drops
- Provide patients and family members with basic health and eye-care guidance
- Explain available payment schemes and modes of payment
- Liaise with doctors and nurses to clarify and follow up on patient-related matters
Requirements
- Minimum N/O/A Levels / Diploma and above
- Training and guidance will be provided
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
- Immediate availability is preferred
