Patient Service Associate (3 Shifts, Central, Hospital) #HRY

You will match patients’ requested bed class with the available supply of beds to minimise waiting time and to optimise hospital bed resources.

Your role will also include the following:

• Working and communicating with various stakeholders and team members on patients' requests and changes to bed assignment.
• Using of the Bed Management System to search and assign beds to patients in accordance to set protocol, policy and procedures
• Collating, analysing and submitting of statistical reports on a timely basis

Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, any 5/6 days a week, rostered by supervisor. Off days are not fixed. First 3 months is on office hours, after that then they will start you on shift work when u are more stable.
