Parts Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager (2 years Contract) #JTL

THE ROLE

Join a dynamic team and take charge of Parts Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Operations . You will drive business growth while ensuring smooth and efficient parts inventory, warehousing and distribution operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and grow parts sales channels across local and regional markets.
• Drive sales, business development and customer relationship management.
• Manage sales performance, forecasts, budgets and departmental KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee spare parts warehouse operations, inventory control and 3PL performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimise stock losses, ageing and obsolescence.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Logistics .
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in parts sales, warehousing or logistics.
• Experience in spare parts warehousing and logistics is highly preferred.
