Partnerships & Fundraising Executive / Senior Executive #HJN

Duties:

1. Strategic & Philanthropic Partnership Development

• Build, nurture, and steward partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organisations.
• Craft compelling partnership proposals and negotiate win-win agreements that drive real social impact.
• Track, review, and evaluate partnerships to ensure alignment with company's mission and strategic goals.

1. Volunteer Management

• Design engaging volunteer strategies that attract, inspire, and retain passionate individuals.
• Oversee the full volunteer journey such as recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, and recognition.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure alignment with organisational policies.

1. Fundraising & Resource Development

• Serve as the relationship manager for key donors and fundraising partners.
• Develop donor engagement plans and support fundraising campaigns and events through strong networks and relationships.
• Monitor fundraising outcomes and share insights and reports with leadership and the Board.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities with confidence and warmth.
• Develop clear and engaging communication materials for partners and volunteers.
• Foster a collaborative, community-driven culture both within and beyond the organisation.

Requirements:

• Min Dip/Deg in relevant field of study
• Min 2 years of relevant experience and above
