📍 PART-TIME RETAIL OPERATIONS | PLAZA SINGAPURA

💰 $12/hour 📅 3-Month Contract 🕐 4 days per week | Preferably 11am – 7pm 📍 Plaza Singapura 📋 Rostered weekend work may be required

Looking for a part-time opportunity in a customer-facing retail environment? Join a retail showroom team and support day-to-day operations, documentation and administrative follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify sales documents and forms
• Assist with submission and tracking of rebates and related paperwork
• Maintain proper filing and records of retail transactions
• Perform data entry and update internal trackers
• Follow up on outstanding documentation, confirmations, delivery and installation appointments
• Escalate complex cases to the supervisor when required
• Assist with ad-hoc errands and operational tasks as directed

Working Arrangement

• 4 days per week
• Preferred working hours: 11am – 7pm , including 1-hour unpaid break
• Weekend availability based on roster
• 3-month contract
• $12/hour
