About the company

We are hiring Part-Time Beauty Advisors to be outsourced to our client from a reputable beauty organization.

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customers’ beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup or beauty products.

• Provide product demonstrations and personalised beauty consultations.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches, promotions and beauty trends.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.

• Maintain attractive and well-organised counter and store displays.

• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general housekeeping.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a 4-month part-time contract, from ASAP until 28 February 2027.

• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, including at least one Saturday or Sunday, based on business needs.

• Flexible and able to adapt to varying workdays and hours.

• Must be available during Black Friday and the Christmas peak period.

• Able to work late shifts ending at 11.00pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays.

• Prior retail, sales and cashiering experience is required; beauty industry experience is preferred.
