Outpatient Pharmacy Assistant #HJN

Duties: Assist with dispensing, packing, labelling and preparing medications according to prescriptions and established procedures. Provide support to pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations and medication management.

Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, stock movement and dispensing activities.

Monitor stock levels, check expiry dates and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies when required.

Assist with receiving, storing and organising medications in accordance with safety and storage requirements.

Attend to customer or patient enquiries and provide basic assistance on pharmacy services.

Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organised and compliant with workplace safety and standard operating procedures.

Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Min Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy or a relevant field.
