Tai Seng 1 year contract - renewable or convertible 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 day wfh per week + flexible working hours) Accurately entering customer order details into our systems Liaising with customers to clarify order requirements and provide updates Coordinating with our supply chain team to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintaining detailed records and reporting on order status Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Handle purchase and sales activities Supporting the wider administrative team as needed Requirement Degree in related field with prior experiences in preparing quotation Require to be able to convert different currencies to SGD
