Order Processing Executive (AEROSPACE MNC) - East/up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500 Duration: 6 months Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am to 4.48pm

Location: Loyang (Pickup Tamp P.Ris then Sengkang Kranji both 1 way)

Job Description:

• Timely and accurate entering of sales orders, amendments and engineering changes into ERP system.
• Responsible for customer repair quotations adhere to approval policy/guidelines and managing customer timely approval to meet sales target.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their parts through weekly reports, customised reports and customer web base reports.
• Close monitoring of business-related activities till complete closure.
• Coordinate with other departments in resolving problems, expediting orders and managing shipment schedules.
• Handle customers' enquiries including managing customer relationship; know when to escalate an issue to higher management.
• Update customers' profiles, master pricing and product repair pricing in the ERP system.
• Timely prepare Capability Listing / Catalogue and load into the website.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions to meet customers' requirements and optimize customer service processes.
• Review POs, Contracts, and correspond with customers to address PO discrepancies and ensure compliance to PO requirements.
• Support generating department reports for management review and discussion.
• Support and participate in current RFQ process using Financial models.
• Provide backup duties within the Customer Service team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant order processing experience
