order Fulfilment Executive | German MNC | $3,500–$4,000

📍 Bendemeer 📅 1-Year Contract 💰 $3,500–$4,000 + 1-Month Completion Bonus ⏰ 5.5-Day Work Week Monday–Friday: 9am–6pm Saturday: 9am–1pm

Looking for candidates with experience in Order Fulfilment, Order Processing, Order Management, Sales Operations, Logistics Coordination or Supply Chain Operations !

Main Focus – Order Processing

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment and dispatch
• Process orders accurately according to established procedures and SLAs
• Verify product availability, pricing, customer information and shipping requirements
• Monitor order queues and prioritise orders to maintain smooth daily workflow
• Update order status accurately in the Order Management System
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Support inventory reconciliation and order verification
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to order fulfilment processes

Logistics & Warehouse Support

• Assist with preparing, packing and organising completed orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with external delivery providers
• Follow up on urgent and special delivery arrangements
• Handle ad-hoc collection and delivery requests when required
