📍 Pandan Avenue | Near Clementi / Jurong East 🚌 Transport provided from Clementi & Jurong East MRT 💰 $4,000–$5,700/month 🕒 Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm | Alternate Sat, 8.30am–12.30pm

💼 Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory and manpower deployment
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks, trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports and operational KPIs for data-driven decision-making
• Drive operational excellence and quality improvement projects
• Improve productivity, turnaround time, quality and cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual pharmacy processes
• Partner IT teams and vendors on system testing, implementation and enhancements
• Act as Pharmacy System Superuser and support training, adoption and contingency workflows
• Apply data analytics, automation and AI to improve pharmacy operations
• Support strategic and cross-functional transformation projects

📝 Requirements

• Min. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognised by Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council and in active practice
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and process improvement
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Power BI / Tableau and dashboard development experience preferred
• Python / SQL experience advantageous
• Knowledge of automation, AI, machine learning or digital transformation advantageous
