Operations Order Fulfilment Support (6 Months) #ESY

Manage Inter-Company Order Fulfillment

-Coordinating with inter-company on open orders and preemptively flagging issue

-Tracked and manage open order backlogs and work with Sales & Customer Service team to achieve on-time delivery metrics.

Provide Imports & Export Support

-Prepare & maintain import / export paperwork’s in compliance with company / local / export regulations.

-Managing inbound verification and outbound shipments with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

-Proactively address and evaluate improvement to logistic/freight challenges.

-Evaluate and provide recommendations in shipment consolidation solutions to optimize cost and efficiency.

Provide Sales & Administrative Support

-Weekly / Monthly Inventory Reconciliation

-Manage order to cash workflow and record retention.

-Support Sales & Customer Service Team when necessary

-Support monthly reports (Inter-company forecast, customer delivery reports) as and when required
