Operations Executive (Ward) – Drive Seamless Healthcare Operations #HDC1

Ready to take ownership of day-to-day healthcare operations and play a key role in keeping ward services running smoothly? We’re looking for an Operations Executive who is hands-on, organised and confident in coordinating teams. You’ll work closely with Ward Service Associates (WSAs), supervisors and nursing teams to ensure effective manpower deployment, smooth service delivery and consistent operational standards across the wards. What You’ll Be Responsible For Coordinate and support the WSA team to maintain high service and operational standards.

Oversee the deployment of approximately 20 WSAs across the wards, working alongside another supervisor.

Manage varying staff deployment schedules to ensure sufficient operational coverage.

Partner closely with ward supervisors and nursing teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.

Monitor ward supplies and coordinate replenishment to ensure adequate stock for daily activities.

Coordinate WSAs in supporting patients’ nutrition and dietary requirements.

Provide guidance and direction to WSAs to ensure procedures and service standards are consistently followed.

Identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Take ownership of operational challenges, assess situations and implement practical solutions.

Assist with other operational and ad-hoc duties when required.

What We’re Looking For Degree or equivalent qualification and above.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, team coordination or service management.

Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational requirements.

Hands-on and practical approach, with confidence working closely with frontline teams.

Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to service quality and operational standards.

Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities with the ability to coordinate and guide a team effectively.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
