THE ROLE
Join the finance team and support the full spectrum of financial accounting and operational finance , with a strong focus on General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliation .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle General Ledger accounting and support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare accurate accounting entries and financial records.
- Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and IFRS.
- Support statutory audits and internal control requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely submissions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related discipline .
- 2–5 years of experience in financial accounting, operational finance, audit or General Ledger accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GL, month-end closing, Balance Sheet reconciliation and IFRS .
- Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
