JOB SCOPE Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues. Make outbound calls and follow up when required. Update customer records and call details. Escalate complex cases to the relevant team. Perform other ad hoc duties as required. REQUIREMENTS Customer service or call centre experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, customer-focused and able to handle enquiries professionally. Good problem-solving and follow-up skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
