Job Description

Recruitment & Candidate Management 💼:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful placement.

Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.

Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for available positions.

Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews and hiring processes between clients and applicants.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth, timely, and positive recruitment experience.

Requirements 📝:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Diploma/Degree in any field
• No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
