Job Description

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Develop a clear understanding of clients’ workforce requirements, hiring preferences, and business objectives.
• Recommend and implement tailored recruitment strategies and solutions to meet clients’ specific hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction.

Recruitment & Candidate Management

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful placement.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, networking, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for available positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews and hiring processes between clients and applicants.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth, timely, and positive recruitment experience.
• Follow up on placements to support successful onboarding and strengthen client relationships.

Business Development

• Identify and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network to create new recruitment and staffing opportunities.
• Introduce recruitment solutions that align with prospective clients’ workforce and business requirements.
• Build and nurture long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business, increase placements, and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements 📝:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
