Working hours Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays— rostered by supervisor) Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat—rostered by supervisor) Job Scope: Greet and register patients Schedule patient appointment Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary Communicate effectively with patients Will be stationed at the health monitoring station based on roster.
