Job Scope: Perform financial counseling, which includes an explanation of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/private medical insurance claims. Administer Pre-Admission, Admission and Discharge of patients such that patients’ information is accurately captured in the system and patients understand the process and bills.
