Job Description: Manage and coordinate the deployment of officers across different wards and work patterns Work closely with ward supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient ward operations Ensure sufficient stocks and supplies are available for smooth daily operations Oversee officers to ensure patients’ nutrition and dietary requirements are properly met Provide guidance and support to officers while ensuring operational requirements are followed Work closely with the team and build strong working relationships with staff across different levels Lead and support quality improvement initiatives Take directions and guidance from the Manager and implement operational requirements effectively Handle other ad hoc duties and operational matters as required Job Requirements: Possess a min Degree in related studies. Takes initiative and be able to work independently Good interpersonal and communication skills Strong operations and people-management skills Excellent service mindset with strong attention to detail
