*NEW* Order Fulfilment Executive (Opticianry background/ MNC)

Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Verify order details, product availability, pricing, customer information and delivery requirements.

Monitor order status and update records in the Order Management System.

Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Identify and resolve order discrepancies, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Liaise with external delivery providers and coordinate urgent or special delivery requests.

Support inventory reconciliation, order verification and general administrative duties.

Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Participate in cross-functional training and provide operational support during peak periods.

Requirements Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage orders accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties. Willingness to undergo cross-functional training in order processing, logistics and warehouse operations.
