The Job: Provide day-to-day operational and technical support for server, network, Wi‑Fi, and end‑user infrastructure in local offices and field locations Provide basic desktop/end-user support (e.g., laptops, workstations, printers, standard applications) when needed, in coordination with the Service Desk. Perform basic administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of physical/virtual servers and network/Wi‑Fi devices. Respond to infrastructure incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation according to defined procedures Assist with installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Windows server systems
