[Min Dip, Novena Hospital] Contract to Perm Facilities Project Services Executive (NO EXP OK!) #HLV

Job Scope:

• i. Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
• ii. Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings.
• iii. Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities.
• iv. Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice.
• v. Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the desired time, cost and quality standards.
• vi. Implement controls and procedures for proper documentation of records and plans. Conduct periodic audits on drawings and document control/record management processes.

General:

• i) Assist the HOD in cost control as well as the day-to-day general administration.
• ii) Conduct system studies with the view of improving procedures and methods related to the department.
• iii) Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department.

Requirement:

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Building-related disciplines.
