Medical Sales Representative (Central, Up to $3k++) #HCK
Position : Baby Cord Blood Banking Type : Full-Time | Office Hours Salary : Up to $3000
Join our healthcare team and make a meaningful impact on expecting families. We are looking for a confident, professional, and people-oriented Medical Sales Representative to introduce and educate expecting parents on baby cord blood banking services. This role will be based at various Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) clinics, where you will engage with expecting parents, generate quality leads, and work closely with clinic staff and our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate expecting parents on baby cord blood banking services in a clear, professional, and informative manner.
- Engage with expecting parents and identify their interest and needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Sales Team.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team to conduct further follow-up.
- Support pre-sales confirmation and ensure interested parents receive timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain good rapport with clinic staff to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Work closely with clinic teams and internal Sales/Operations teams.
- Be stationed at different O&G clinics and locations according to business requirements.
- Maintain a professional image and provide a positive experience for both expecting parents and clinic partners.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable approaching and speaking with expecting parents.
- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in different clinic environments.
- Sales, healthcare, medical, customer service, or related experience is an advantage.
- Training and product knowledge will be provided.
