Role Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promotingcord blood banking services, maintaining client relationships, and achievingsales targets.
Job Description:
- To work with sophisticated audience comprised ofsurgeons and healthcare professionals.
- To communicate with customer accounts regardinga variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio,and educational programs
- To Identify the needs of new prospects anddevelop appropriate responses
- To Cross-sell additional products or manage newproduct introductions as they become available
- To work with the sales team by receivingcoaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer SalesRepresentatives and to Sales Associates when needed.
- To Maintain training in productfeatures/benefits, and other critical business applications
- To Collect competitive data and remain currenton industry, customer, and competitive trend
- To Participate in professional associationmeetings outside of regular business hours, as required
Qualifications
- Degree/Diplomain Science related field
- Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills
- Knowledgeof the healthcare industry and cord blood banking will be an advantage
- Ability towork independently and as part of a team
