Marketing Coordinator (6 Months Maternity Cover) #NKC

Marketing Coordination Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services. Track project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed according to schedule. Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign performance summaries. Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, and scheduling. Creative Support Create and adapt marketing collateral such as social media graphics, email banners, and PowerPoint presentations using existing brand templates. Perform basic design and editing tasks, including resizing images, updating layouts, and revising content. Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Administrative & Event Support Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, and tracking invoices. Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities, including registrations, materials, and post-event follow-up. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
