Marketing Coordinator | $3,500–$4,500 | 6-Month Contract | Insurance 📍 Location: Raffles 📄 Contract: 6 months, with potential for extension 💰 Salary: $3,500–$4,500/month 🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.15pm Assist with planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

Manage project timelines and follow up on deadlines

Prepare reports, presentations and campaign performance summaries

Support email marketing campaigns , including setup, testing and scheduling

Create and adapt marketing materials for campaigns and events

Work on social media graphics, email banners and PowerPoint templates using existing brand templates

Perform basic design work such as resizing images, updating layouts and editing content

Ensure creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and tracking invoices

Provide logistical support for events, webinars and marketing activities
