Manufacturing Program Manager (Manufacuturing MNC) - Up to 10K #HHL

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Manage program timelines, resources and budgets to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness and production ramp-up.
• Manage customer requirements, program updates and issue resolution.
• Resolve production, supply chain and quality challenges, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the program team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related discipline.
• Min. 5–10 years of manufacturing or operations experience, including at least 3 years in program or project management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain and quality systems, including FA, PPAP, RMA and ECN.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
