Your tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate order details, pricing and delivery information.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status and shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, supply chain teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Manage product returns, replacements, credit requests and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in SAP and Salesforce.
• Work closely with Sales, Pricing and Contracts teams on quotations and pricing matters.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
