Looking for an opportunity in distribution, logistics coordination and operations ?
Join a structured team where you’ll support order processing, shipment coordination, documentation and system transactions to ensure smooth and accurate distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process order forms and accurately update order and product information in the internal system
- Perform batch allocation and coordinate required product packs according to established procedures
- Prepare documentation for dispatch, shipment and customs requirements
- Coordinate shipments and prepare airway bills and relevant shipping documents
- Prepare invoices, declarations and other required documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, vendors and carriers to resolve queries and coordinate approvals
- Perform system transactions related to distribution and material control
- Maintain accurate records, filing and archiving of operational documents
- Support day-to-day distribution and administrative activities
