Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols
- Perform patient assessments and monitor patients' conditions
- Administer medications, injections and treatments as required
- Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control guidelines
- Support daily clinical operations when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate
- Relevant clinical nursing experience is preferred
- Comfortable adapting to different healthcare settings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit to assigned shifts
