Locum Optician (6-Month Contract)

Your tasks

• Conduct eye examinations using specialised equipment to assess patients’ ocular health.
• Provide professional advice and educate patients on eye care and suitable optical solutions.
• Assist patients with lens selection, dispensing and related optical needs.
• Manage lens inventory and ensure adequate stock availability.

Requirements

• Registered Optician or Provisional Optician registered with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).
• Diploma in Optometry or NITEC / Higher NITEC in Opticianry.
• Relevant experience in optical dispensing and patient care is preferred.
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
