Locum Occupational Therapist (GOVT/Office Hours/West) - up to $75 per hr/Flexible #HAO
Salary: up to $68/hr
Duration: 1 year
Working Days & Hours:
- Able to work Mon-Fri, 1.30 - 5.30 pm; OR
- Able to work Mon-Fri, 8.30 - 5.30pm
Location: Bukit Batok/Kent Ridge/Queenstown
Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for inpatients with neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, TBI, SCI,)
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans targeting:
- ADLs and IADLs
- Cognitive & perceptual rehabilitation
- Upper limb function and motor recovery
- Apply evidence-based neurorehabilitation approaches (e.g., task-specific training, motor relearning)
- Recommend and prescribe assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team on goal setting and care planning
- Support discharge planning, including caregiver training and home/environmental recommendations
- Monitor and document patient progress using standardised outcome measures
Job Requirements:
Min Degree in Occupational Therapy & VALID AHPC w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
