Job Scope Provide basic care and support to patients at home, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding and toileting. Assist patients with mobility, transfers and positioning while ensuring their safety and comfort. Provide companionship, meal assistance and medication reminders as instructed by the care team. Monitor patients’ well-being, maintain care records and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team or family members. Requirements Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA). Experience in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) is preferred.
