Job Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care and monitor patients' conditions
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures within scope of practice
- Assist with patient activities and daily care needs
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Support Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team
Requirements:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Valid Practising Certificate and BCLS certification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
