Laboratory Technologist | $3,000–$3,600 | 6-Month Contract | Dairy & Beverage 📍 Location: West Singapore 💰 Salary: $3,000–$3,600/month 📄 Contract: 6 months 🏢 Industry: Food / Dairy / Beverage 🧪 Laboratory Technologist – Product Development Looking for a Laboratory Technologist to support exciting food product development and innovation projects , particularly within dairy and beverage applications . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the laboratory and wants exposure to formulation development, product testing, pilot plant operations and technical support . 🔬 What You'll Be Doing Conduct product development and application testing in laboratory and pilot plant environments

Support formulation development, process optimisation and troubleshooting

Develop and evaluate food product prototypes

Perform experiments and accurately document results

Prepare technical reports and application documentation

Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales, Technical Service and Operations teams

Support technical presentations, seminars and training activities

Troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges

Maintain laboratory ingredients, materials, equipment and samples

Manage and maintain the ingredient library , including labelling, storage and tracking

Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of laboratory and pilot plant equipment

Maintain a clean, organised and safe laboratory environment

Follow workplace safety, health and sustainability requirements
