KeyAccountabilities

• Coordinates the dailyactivities and supervises the execution of the work.
• Planning in thelaboratory.
• Supervision ofcompliance with the safety rules within the department.
• Monitors the operationof the equipment.
• Acts as the point ofcontact for the Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Management.
• Daily activities arecoordinated, questions are answered and problems are solved.
• The quality of workwithin the department is monitored to ensure that they meet the standards.
• Solves more complexproblems.
• Monitor Analytical andpost analytical issues related to samples including investigation andremediation of the same.
• Proposals made tooptimize work processes and procedures and work regulations have been drawn up.

Requirement Minimum 8-10 years’ workexperience in a central lab or clinical laboratory.

• Control of MS Office andthe Software packages of the devices at the laboratory.
• Use of Biorad URT /similar application.
• Troubleshooting related to assay , QC or PT failures.
