Office Hours, Mon-Fri! Compound flavour samples according to approved formulas and instructions. Accurately weigh and verify materials, batch numbers and quantities. Maintain flavour sample inventory and assist with material replenishment. Clean and maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and work areas. Ensure materials are stored correctly and maintain good laboratory housekeeping. Follow laboratory safety procedures, SOPs and quality requirements. Assist with other laboratory duties as assigned. Requirements NITEC or Diploma qualification. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable with hands-on laboratory work and handling materials. Able to follow formulas, instructions and safety procedures carefully. Prior laboratory or F&F experience is an advantage.
