• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for internet banking and mobile banking applications.
• Perform manual functional and regression testing to ensure systems operate as expected.
• Track testing progress, document issues, and monitor defect resolution.
• Provide regular testing updates to the team lead.
• Support data updates, administrative tasks, and other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

No prior testing experience is required if you are IT-savvy, familiar with mobile or internet banking, and eager to learn, this could be the opportunity for you!

• Comfortable using mobile banking or internet banking applications.
• IT-savvy with a keen interest in digital banking and technology.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and pay close attention to detail.
