Junior IT Field Service Technician (Robotics) (1-year renewable) #IAC

Job Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain robotic systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, sensor, and basic software faults ; perform on-site repairs and component replacement.
• Respond to service call-outs, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
• Provide technical support and basic user training to customers.
• Manage spare parts and escalate recurring technical issues to the engineering team.
• Travel to customer sites across Singapore, with occasional regional travel and after-hours support as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, field service, robotics, or automation.
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, and fault diagnosis.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Willing to travel and support occasional standby or after-hours call-outs.
