Junior HRBP (Bank, 5 Months) #ESY

• Support the HR Business Partner team in providing day to day HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.
• Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, presentations and manpower data.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.
• Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.
