Junior Finance & Loan Processing Executive – Automotive | Up to $3K #HMS

📍 Location: Alexandra Road 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month + 1-month completion bonus + OT payable 📅 Duration: 1-year contract 🎓 no experience needed as training will be provided! Working Hours Monday: 8.30am – 6.30pm Tuesday to Friday: 8.30am – 6.15pm 1-hour lunch break What You’ll Be Doing Process and submit vehicle loan applications to banks

Liaise with banks on loan application and approval status

Update and maintain loan records in Salesforce

Communicate loan status and outstanding documentation to Sales Consultants

Check loan and financing documents for completeness and accuracy

Verify invoices, vehicle documents and insurance documentation

Prepare and dispatch documents to banks for loan disbursement

Coordinate daily document collection with banks

Maintain proper filing, archiving and documentation of loan cases

Support photocopying, administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks
