We are hiring and the details of this position are: Job title:  IT Technician (Shift role, Direct contract with variable incentives, Tuas Checkpoint) This is a 2-year direct contract with client, highly renewable depending on individual's performance. Working hours: 8am to 8pm, rotating day and night shift. 4-day work week. Benefits: Monthly phone allowance and variable incentives available. Overtime pay is available depending on hours worked Job Responsibilities: Identification, maintenance and replacement of electronic equipment and computers. Liaise with government agency on return and collection of faulty or repaired equipment. Tracking and recording the fault patterns and trends for monthly progress reporting to government agency. Provide guidance to general public on the use of on-site equipment such as Fee Collection Terminals.
