IT Specialist | Up to $5,000 | Regional IT Support & Infrastructure 💰 Salary: Up to $5,000/month 💻 Focus: IT Support | Infrastructure | Cloud | Security | Microsoft 365 Excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Specialist looking for a hands-on role supporting both headquarters and regional users. You will manage day-to-day IT operations while supporting infrastructure, cloud platforms, security and IT improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Provide daily IT support to headquarters and regional users across hardware, software, network and system issues

Serve as the key point of contact for IT helpdesk and user support matters

Troubleshoot operating systems, business applications, ERP/CRM systems and end-user devices

Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access rights and IT asset allocation

Maintain servers, network systems, IT equipment and cloud platforms

Perform system patching, software updates, antivirus management and data backups

Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Office, SharePoint and OneDrive

Monitor system performance, availability and IT security

Manage user access controls, endpoint protection and system compliance

Support IT infrastructure setup, system rollouts and regional IT projects

Coordinate with external IT vendors for maintenance and technical support

Maintain IT hardware, software licences and asset inventory

Prepare IT policies, SOPs, user guides and technical documentation

Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, security and user experience

Explore and recommend new technologies to improve business productivity and efficiency
