Job Responsibilities Drive new business development for IT SaaS and technology solutions . Prospect through cold calling, client meetings, and networking . Understand clients’ IT needs and end-user experience and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, quotations, and negotiations . Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and achieve sales targets. Build long-term relationships with customers, key decision-makers, and vendors . Work with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. Keep updated on SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging IT technologies . Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Experience in IT SaaS / IT Solutions / Cloud / System Integration sales preferred. B2B technology sales and customer-facing experience. Good understanding of end-user experience / workplace technology is an advantage.
