Investment Transfer Ops Officer (1 year Contract) #NKC

Manage end-to-end transfer processes for investment holdings, including settlement monitoring and related activities. Support platform maintenance and account administration for firms and advisors. Handle operational requests and urgent tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Liaise with internal teams, custodians, counterparties and external vendors to resolve operational queries. Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with established procedures, controls and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities. Support process improvements and other ad-hoc operational projects as required.
