Human Resource Executive | Employee Relations & HR Operations #HDC1

Drive HR Operations, Employee Engagement & Workplace Excellence Looking to take on a hands-on HR role where you can make a meaningful impact on both  people and business operations ? Join an HR team where you’ll work closely with managers, supervisors and employees to support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations matters and contribute to initiatives that strengthen workplace engagement and effectiveness. Your Role Manage day-to-day HR operations and site HR activities in line with business requirements and organisational objectives

Support recruitment activities and contribute to workforce planning initiatives

Administer and implement HR policies, procedures and people initiatives

Partner with managers and supervisors by providing HR guidance, coaching and support on employee-related matters

Manage employee relations cases, including employee concerns, grievances, investigations and workplace issues

Ensure appropriate follow-up, documentation and resolution of employee relations matters

Develop and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace environment

Review existing HR practices and identify opportunities to improve processes, employee relations and HR service delivery

Collaborate with HR stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement effective HR solutions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and employee relations records

Participate in HR projects, strategic initiatives and other people-related activities as required

What We’re Looking For Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to  employee relations and HR operations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels

Good organisational and people management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Able to manage multiple HR matters with professionalism and discretion

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
