Job Description:
Client Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand each client’s workforce requirements, hiring preferences, and business needs.
- Provide recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Manage the recruitment process from identifying potential candidates through to successful placement.
- Source candidates through various channels and assess their skills, experience, and suitability.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate the hiring process between clients and applicants.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
Business Development
- Identify and engage with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Expand the company’s network and develop new client accounts.
- Build long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth and increased placements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
