HR, TALENT MANAGEMENT | 2-YEAR CONTRACT
📍 Novena 💰 $3,800 – $4,800/month 🕐 Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 5.45pm 📅 2-Year Contract
Are you passionate about employee engagement, workplace wellbeing and organisational culture ?
Join a dynamic HR team where you’ll play an important role in initiatives that strengthen employee experience, build a positive workplace culture and support employee retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, implement and evaluate employee wellbeing programmes based on organisational needs
- Coordinate with external vendors for health-related workshops, talks and wellbeing campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee
- Prepare and submit relevant incident reports within stipulated timelines
- Support initiatives to enhance Employee Assistance Programmes
- Plan and execute employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Develop strategies to strengthen employee morale, satisfaction and retention
- Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Conduct mental wellness surveys, evaluate outcomes and coordinate follow-up initiatives
- Support broader Talent Management activities including culture development, leadership development, performance management and HR projects
